Bus Rental Terms & Conditions

Please carefully read the Pakar Holiday Bandung tourism bus unit rental policy for the smooth running of your trip.

01 Booking & Final Payment

A booking is considered valid/confirmed if the renter has paid a Down Payment (DP) of at least 30% of the total rental price.
DP payment must be made no later than 3 days after the tentative booking is made.
Final payment for tourism bus rental must be completed at the latest 3 days before the departure date (D-3).
Payments can be made via bank transfer to Pakar Holiday's official corporate account or in cash at our office.

Tourism bus rental prices include: Excellent bus unit, fuel, and professional Driver & Co-Driver services.
Rental prices do not include: Toll fees, parking, regional levies, tourist attraction entrance tickets, ferry crossings (if any), and voluntary tips for the driver and crew.
Standard bus facilities available include: Full AC, LED TV, Karaoke Audio System, Reclining Seats, USB Charger, and Cool Box.

The time limit for using a tourism bus for In-City routes is a maximum of 12 hours on the same day.
The time limit for using a tourism bus for Out-of-City routes is a maximum of 16 hours on the same day (not exceeding 23:00 WIB).
Usage delays (Overtime) will be subject to an additional fee of 10% per hour from the unit's daily rental rate.
Usage exceeding 24:00 WIB will be counted as a full following day's rental.

Rental cancellation before D-7 of departure will be subject to an administration fee/DP deduction of 25%.
Cancellation on D-7 to D-3 of departure will be subject to a fine of 50% of the total rental value.
Cancellation less than D-3 of departure will be charged full fee (DP is forfeited and must be paid in full if not yet paid).
Changes in departure dates (Reschedule) must be confirmed a maximum of D-7 and depend on the availability of our fleet units.
